You, as the Overseer of your vault, start with a vault entrance, elevator and a living quarters

My Contributions

Launched in 2015 during a surprise reveal during E3, Fallout Shelter was a massive hit and continue to be extremely popular for years since, and even to this day it still has a great fan base. A very well designed and nearly perfect "casual game" take for the Fallout franchise, I had the privilege to join the team two years later to help with data analysis, data engineering and tooling, Live Ops and updates.

  • Data analysis: utilizing data from third-party solutions, internal databases and data lakes, my work was to analyze the result of game updates and promotions, using Tableau, SQL, Python, Pandas, Statsmodel and Jupyter Notebooks;
  • Data science: running Machine Learning models to evaluate the impact of hard currency promotions across several dimensions of the game economy;
  • Product management: designing and evaluating the impact of bundle packs, seasonal discounts and new items.
  • Data engineering: bringing together disparate sources and providers of data into a single ingestion pipeline in Databricks and a single dashboarding solution;
