This is a great game design book. Unlike other game design books like Rules of Play, this one is completely market-oriented, analyzing data from field research and combining with psychology patterns of behavior to provide a very interesting framework to design a game for a target audience.
This is a book about people – the fundamental force behind market innovations. Through in-loco experience, Tom Kelley has divided the kind of attitude necessary for an innovative environment into 10 archetypes that every company should have among ts staff.
This book explains in a very fast and simple way the methods of Agile and SCRUM project management. There are other good Agile / SCRUM books out there, but if you want to a fast introduction and a book simple enough for other non-Scrum Master members of the team, this is the one.

You forgot Rules of Play.
No, I didn’t. Rules of Play is good but too much game-designer-centric. 21st Century Game Design is market-centric, which is what really matters to keep a game company healthy.
